About EximLabs

Salih & Tuğba·Co-founders·Teknopark İstanbul

We were exporters before we were a software company.

Our group sells Turkish-made goods abroad — that is the day job.

So the problem we solved first was our own.

Tuğba was doing the work by hand.

Building the buyer lists. Writing the emails, one by one, in three languages.

Chasing the certificate, the pallet count, the freight quote.

Salih was writing small automations to make her days shorter.

Neither of us set out to build a company. We were just trying to finish the week.

Here is the thing nobody tells you about exporting.

The product is ready. The price is competitive. The capacity is there.

The factory can make it. The container can carry it.

The only missing piece is the team to run it.

Because an export department is not one job. It is fourteen.

Finding out which company in which country actually buys this,

and which person inside it signs off.

Writing to them in their language, at their working hours.

Having a website they can check before they reply.

Having a catalog worth attaching.

Knowing the HS code, the certificate, the duty, the pallet count.

Quoting freight before the competitor does.

Sending a proforma that does not get corrected.

And answering the message that arrives at three in the morning,

from a timezone where it is the middle of the working day.

Tuğba knows that list because she ran it.

Not from a report — from the mornings it ate.

Every step Salih automated came from watching a real one go wrong.

One export specialist in Türkiye costs more per year

than most small manufacturers earn from a year of exporting.

So they do not hire one.

And so they do not export.

Not because they cannot produce — because nobody is running the process.

We could not hire that team either.

So we built it.

We ran it on our own shipments first, for a long time before we sold it to anyone.

That is why the system handles a real customs document rather than a demo file.

Every feature met an actual buyer, an actual freight quote, an actual rejection,

before it ever met a customer.

Then other manufacturers started asking what we were using.

The first ones came from knocking on doors ourselves.

No marketing budget. No campaign. Just the product working.

What we believe is simple, and it is a constraint we designed in on purpose:

the exporter decides, the machine does the repetitive work.

Nothing that creates an obligation — a price, a quote, a customs declaration —

leaves the system without a human saying yes.

Automation should remove the labour, not the judgement.

We are two people, working on this full time, from Teknopark İstanbul.

One of us builds it. One of us has lived the problem it solves.

We are not trying to build a bigger sales team.

We are trying to make one worth having, for companies that will never afford one.

There are hundreds of thousands of manufacturers in this country

who can make something the world wants,

and have no route to the person who would buy it.

That gap is the whole company.
